Reminder that it’s ok if you don’t know exactly what kind of attraction you’re feeling. I’ve noticed within the ace and aro communities we like to split attraction up into neat categories of aesthetic/sexual/romantic/sensual/etc. But feelings are WEIRD and nebulous and fluid and sometimes impossible to define clearly. And that’s ok.

Going through one of those periods where I remember that my mental health is so much better when I’m not on this site. I recently rediscovered the word “foof,” and I’m having a fantastic time with it.

So this is the main issue I have with image descriptions, which is that a very, very obviously photoshopped picture was not described as a very, very obviously photoshopped picture. And thus anyone who’s relying on grassroots image descriptions isn’t getting nearly enough information.
This is the original:
Which is exactly the same as the first picture, but instead says “Join the change-in Fridays” on the sign and was a promotion for their second season. This is very important context of the photoshopped image, because it’s been altered in order to tell a joke! A joke that was obvious (or… should have been) to people who could see the image! A funny joke!
But because image descriptions are just random people on the internet explaining what they see, and moreover prioritizing what they think is important about an image, there’s still a big disconnect.
The dog is supposed to run up in front of her and sit.
They did exactly that perfectly
